The Nightmare Hunter Strikes Back

The nightmare hunter is caught in a web of intrigue, deceit, and warfare. One night he is undercover and moments away from being recognized by the gang leader’s cousin. The next he is fighting for the survival of his race against an ancient invasion of ghost-like vampires. One of the scariest scenarios is where he is compelled (his inner voice repeating “Just keep moving”) to negotiate a labyrinth of fantastic amusement parks and shopping malls. Driven by the fear he might loose another family member and the hope beyond hope that he will be reunited with his missing son, lost to him in a previous scene.

Most recently he has found himself in a corporate battle over a new technology that will make available to the masses a limitless amount of resources. Abundant resources and energy that can be adapted to any application imaginable. Of course those in power want to keep this technology secret. His oldest living associate and sometimes best friend has already made a deal with those in power. He is seeking the nightmare hunter’s assistance extricating himself from the deal, or at least protecting their most important assets. Now in addition to all his other worries the nightmare hunter has to deal with corporate lawyers.
