Wordplay in October

New words from a kind and loving muse seem appropriate, but it is Halloween and time to play!

Sentiments stretched succinctly from
a suspenseful state of soul
Salacious and suggestive stirrings
set a spookily scary scene
Flirtatious facial gestures
forever frozen in frigid fastness
Forlorn forgetfulness follows
fastidious features of fright
Gasping garish greetings
from ghostly gallows gawkers
Gibbering ghouls go galloping
on greening graveyard grounds
Hallowed habitats haunted
by haphazardly hardened harrowings
Heroes heralded in history
have hardly harnessed hostilities
Penguins and pumpkin-heads
perform piercings with pitchforks
at private parties where purple
people-eaters push potions and pills
Wandering wistfully while watching
well-wishers who wantonly wail
and women weeping and wringing
and wrestling whelping white walruses
Bitterly begging before brazen beasts
that boil batches of bubbling brown brine
to mix with buckets of blood for basting
the bigheads of bastardly barbarians
Ruthless red roosters rally and rage
'round romping rats in unruly reverie
Ridiculous rioters refute regulations,
really righteous rules and restrictions
Devils determined to delay delivery
of daily doses of delicious dreams
Doggedly dislodging dramatic details
of delicate diversions and decent delights
Menacing men making murderous murmurs
maliciously marking amused mayhem
Meanwhile, malingering maidens muster
moans meant to mutilate and malign

All these frights and disturbances found in my muse’s wordplay in October wasp.
